What if the animal that I want to use for my Cuddly Urn is not listed on the website?
Don't worry, even if the animal stuffy you are looking for is not listed yet on the website, we can find it for you! If the stuffy is not available through the company we source from, we can widen our search until we find the perfect match for you. Depending on the price of the stuffy from outside sources, it may affect the price of your Cuddly Urn but we will be transparent about prices with you before decisions are made so you can make the best choice for you.

What if I want to use a stuffed animal that I already own for my Cuddly Urn?

We can do that! Contact us on social media or through the website so that we can get started on accommodating this custom Cuddly Urn.

How do I know what size Cuddly Urn to choose?
The average adults remains would require a large Cuddly Urn do to the volume and weight of the ashes. If you are planning to split up the ashes and only store a portion in your Cuddly Urn, the normal sized Cuddly Urn or small size would suit your needs. If you have a question, do not hesitate to reach out and we will help you decide.
